We offer a varied catering menu with different options, all tailored to the sailing experience. Our menu includes, e.g. classic breakfast and brunch with mixed, buttered buns, fresh fruit, croissants,
warm dishes and juices, just as we can offer a classic ship's meal or a 3-course menu.
The food is from the fantastic SALT Restaurant,
whose dishes are based on a foundation of local ingredients.

We can serve fine wines, bubbles, beer and water aboard.
In collaboration with SALT Restaurant, we deliver seasonal red wine, white wine, rosé and bubbles.
In addition, you can choose various soft drinks, water and beer. If you have special requests for drinks, please let us know.

Give your birthday a little extra and hire entertainment on board.
We have good experience with, e.g. music on the ships, where orchestras and solo musicians have visited us in connection with events.
We are happy to make suggestions for the entertainment.
We also have the opportunity to make sailing-related entertainment for you if the sailing theme is central to your big day.

When you keep your birthday aboard one of our beautiful ships, there is always something to give up. You and your guests can participate as part of the crew, and help set sail, stand to helm and tie knots.
You can add an element of competition and compete in teams with the crew. We can breathe extra life into your birthday and provide lots of laughs and fun memories.

You can choose to sail with Lilla Dan or Halmø, but if the guest list is long, you can book both schooners for the day.
